By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Academy, you agree to the following terms.

Educational Purposes

The Big Brush Energy Online Blowout Academy provides professional beauty education focused on blowout techniques, hair styling, and related skills.

Course materials are provided for educational purposes and do not replace any licensing, certification, or regulatory requirements that may apply to cosmetology or professional beauty services in your state or jurisdiction.

Completion of the Academy does not guarantee employment, income, clientele, business growth, or specific professional results.

Course Access

Your enrollment and course access are intended for one individual student only.

You may not share your account, login credentials, course access, videos, curriculum, quizzes, downloads, diagrams, or other Academy materials with another individual.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All Big Brush Energy educational materials—including but not limited to videos, written curriculum, the BBE Blueprint, diagrams, graphics, worksheets, downloads, teaching methods, branding, and course materials—are owned by Big Brush Energy or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the materials for your own education.

Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, resold, republished, uploaded, taught, shared, or used to create competing educational materials without prior written permission from Big Brush Energy.

F.A.M. Certification

Completion of the online course alone does not automatically grant F.A.M. Certification.

To receive official F.A.M. Certification — Foundations • Adaptation • Mastery, students must satisfy the certification requirements communicated within the Academy, including passing the required assessments and submitting three completed blowouts for review and approval.

Submission does not guarantee certification. Big Brush Energy reserves the right to request additional work or practice before approving certification.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Big Brush Energy Online Blowout Academy and the immediate access provided to educational content, all course purchases are final and non-refundable once course access has been granted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review all available course information before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you purchased, please contact us so we can assist you.

Professional Responsibility

Students are responsible for using appropriate professional judgment, following manufacturer instructions for products and tools, maintaining client comfort and safety, and complying with applicable licensing and professional regulations.

Big Brush Energy is not responsible for injury, hair damage, loss, or other consequences resulting from improper application of techniques, misuse of tools or products, failure to follow safety guidance, or services performed outside a student's professional scope.

Changes to the Academy

Big Brush Energy may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or modify course materials when necessary to maintain or improve the educational experience.

Conduct

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate course access for fraudulent activity, harassment, unauthorized distribution of course materials, account sharing, intellectual property violations, or other misuse of the Academy.
